Duchy migraine accepts patients with private medical insurance from Bupa, Allianz, Avivia, Vitality and WPA. It is easy to use your insurance to fund your care:

Many insurers are happy for you contact them directly to request a referral to particular specialist for a treatment of your choice. Others will require you to get a referral letter from your GP. So it’s worth checking how your insurer prefers to do things first.

Next: Check that you’re covered

You must obtain authorisation (and an authorisation code) from your insurer before any appointments and treatments. You should also check if you will need to contribute to any shortfall in the cost of your treatment – or if there is any excess to pay.
